Looking Intern Guidance
I am setting up for long term interns. Any suggestions or directions to good resources on how to manage interns and the logistics, search, and vetting?

That's a tricky question, how to create a real win-win relationship with interns? Yours and their expectations need to be really clear. I think the more that you can articulate what you really want, and put it out into the world through your various networks and channels, then fate can take its course.
I have had great and not-so-great experience with interns of various types, and it's really hard to gauge someone's inner determination to push and learn through a resume. I'd give each person a trial period, and then periodic check-ins to assess how it's working.
