mid-valley organic farm

I recently purchased small acreage property in the mid-valley [SE of Lebanon] to develop an organic forest farm and would appreciate any ideas on how one gets started for the irrigation and plant development planning and implementation.

In addition, I am interested in partial investing [IRA rules] in other organic farms in the mid-valley [Corvallis-Albany-Lebanon] and would appreciate any information on how one might proceed on this.
